Hala feek — welcome. Whether you have a question about the site, spotted something that needs correcting, or want to exercise your rights over your personal data, this page points you the right way and tells you plainly when to expect a reply.
One channel for everything
contact@hala-law.com
We handle three kinds of messages through it:
| Type of message | What to put in the subject line | Response time | | --- | --- | --- | | Correction report | "Correction" + the page link | Triaged within 72 hours | | General inquiry | A short description of your topic | Reply within 7 days | | Personal data request | "Data request" | Handled under the Personal Data Protection Law |
Corrections come first
Legal content leaves no room for error, so correction reports go to the top of the inbox: we triage them within 72 hours of arrival. If the error is confirmed, we fix it and record the change in the visible change log on the page itself. It helps enormously if your report includes the page link, the paragraph in question, and a supporting source if you have one. The full methodology is on the Corrections page.
Personal data requests
If you want to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave, send your request to the same address with "Data request" in the subject line. We process these requests in line with the Personal Data Protection Law, and we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request — to protect your data from unauthorized access.
This is not a legal advice channel
We say this clearly and warmly: Hala Law is a general legal information site. Our editorial team does not give advice, assess cases, or draft documents. If a message asks for an opinion on a specific situation — "what should I do about my case?" — we will not answer its substance. We will simply note that the proper path for such questions is a licensed lawyer authorized by the Ministry of Justice, because only a licensed lawyer may lawfully give advice and stand behind it. That is not deflection; it is respect for the limits of our work and for your right to real professional counsel.
What we ask of you
A clear message saves both of us a round of follow-up questions: a specific subject line, a short description, and links where relevant. In return, you get a clear human reply — no canned templates — within the times published above.
